Front end/steering question

Hello! A friend of mine just bought a '91 W250 that he's starting to sort out issues on. He found two loose balljoints on a bar that goes aft from the Pitman arm on the steering gearbox to the left front wheel. He wants to replace the balljoints, but can't find a name for this bar in any manual or online source he's tried thus far. Does anyone know what it's called, or by chance have a part number for the balljoints?
