This winter I want to re-do my front end, greased it the other day and saw I had one ball joint that would move up and down a bit.

What should I replace besides the ball joints? (even if it don't seem wore out replace anyway kinda thing, 200 grand on stuff)

What brand of parts should I use?

Where is the best place to buy parts?

Well could always replace all the bushings in the front end, and the steering components if you like.

Best Parts: MOOG

Best place to find them: Where ever there cheapest at.

If your going to do ball joints, your going to need an alignment afterwards.

The first thing the alignment techs says is, " Your tie rod ends are loose, can't do a proper alignment without replacing them"
You say, "How much $$?"
They say,"$200-400"

So, do the Tie Rod Ends, and Drag Link yourself. Save tons o money's.

Might be worth a look to see that your Spring Eye Bushings are good.
That's usually the second thing an Alignment Tech will try to get you on.
