That depends on where you are. My friend had a hell of a time finding a PSD for less than $20k and he looked all over. Ended up picking one up for $13k if a remember right and ended up having to sell it and got what he paid for it.

My truck has almost 200k on it and runs like the day I bought it. Just changed one bank of GPs because I had a check engine. Turned out the connector had come out of the GP controller a bit. I wiped the old GPs off with a rag and they looked pretty much like new.

I think you did fine. I would change all fluids and the fuel filter just so you know what is in it and when they were changed.
