Engine main wiring harness connector

Hello all. It appears as if the glow plug wires once melted at the main junction between the truck and the engine and I had to destroy it to get it apart for the engine swap. Thoughts? Do the individual wires come out of this connector to easily swap to another connector? Are these connectors even available anymore?

Are we at the point of snipping every individual wire and swapping to another connector/connectors?

I believe that what most people do is splice together the glow plug wires. Then break off the melted plastic and plug the rest back in. I may be wrong on that, but it's what I've seen in the past.
