Are these dealer only? I bought one for my '92 some time back, can't remember where. Man, I am not getting younger.

I think so... I don't recall being able to buy them anyplace but the dealer. Thats ford or interntional.. Uhaul online was selling some off a few months ago.. They went fast at around $25.00 each I think.. I got one just to have as a spare and now I can't find it.... I'm strating to loose things too.. When I loose my list of where things are its all over for me.. No way wil I ever be allowed to work on the nuclear site....
