E4od pumping fluid out dipstick tube

So I recently picked up a 93 F350 with a 7.3 and e4od that had been sitting for around 10 years. So I changed all fluids and filters and in process of trying to get it running. While doing so I notice it is pushing transmission fluid out of the dipstick tube after long periods of cranking, and have no clue why it would be doing so and wanted to see if some one else has had this issue.
