Diesel shops in/around Napa, CA

Anybody know of a shop in or around Napa that will dynamically time our trucks?
I know Santa Rosa diesel will do it, but I was wondering if there is anybody closer that will. By the way, Santa Rosa diesel wants $100 (about one hour’s worth of labor) to time it. Is that reasonable?

as far as shop time goes, yeah thats not bad, most places will charge shop time plus test fee. California Diesel Power in Martinez will do it.

Thanks for the info EvergreenRanch. I think I'll just go to Santa Rosa diesel, as it's closer. Now I just need time to put the truck back together so I can get it timed!!
