Chrome valve covers

Anybody got some chrome valve covers on the ole IDI's. Just wonderin how it looked. Mine are goin the be chrome sometime this week and the heads will be IH red with the rest of the engine. Post pics if you got crome valve covers

I was going to get a pair of custom Aluminum ones made up but the 1000 bucks stopped me.

I'm just gonna paint mine with dupicolor chrome high heat paint. 500 degrees dyno tested and i beleive in and stand by it. I have painted alot of stuff on my ole 7.3 and it looks magnificent and it never scorchs or cracks. Good stuff

Cheap chrome just make sure to clean them good, and pick up a set of valvecover gaskets, there like 8 dollars, and that will fix one of your oil leaks

Yeah and i need a fuel filter and that little hose thing too so it don't leak diesel all over the place

its probly leaking from the water drain my ole 7.3 use to do that same thing
