Iirc, 3 plugs is the FICM.

Yes the ficm has three but so does the pcm. Unfortunately I need to replace whatever is missing lol

I wasn't sure. The 7.3 have one big pug for the pcm. Lol

On a pickup or Excursion

Drivers side valve cover, under the degas bottle, is the FICM.

Passenger side valve cover, right behind the alternator, is the Glow Plug Control Module.

A handy reference is the 6.0 Bible, shows where everything is.
