I have a 1988 F250 Ex cab, zf5, 4X4 and I'm looking for the complete wiring harness that runs from under the hood to the back of the truck.

Have the part number? They usually have a red tag with the part number on it.

There are several of those trucks in the Herington junkyard, I might be able to get the harness for you and ship it

It would be better easier cheaper to run new wires. It’s a super easy job that should take any longer then messing with an old used bad harness.

No I don't. A guy had to have that wiring when he bought the bed to make a trailer. He cut off all of the plugs so it's no good to me now. AND the kicker is that he wanted to use it for trailer lights, but it's been almost a year and his trailer still doesn't have lights. All he would have had to do would have been to buy a four wire trailer harness and install it. I'm kicking myself now, but I wasn't planning on using the truck at the time.

Not for me. Not when there's nothing. Wires are easy. the plugs aren't.
