Brakes not working

Hey guys. My 1997 f350 pstroke is having brake problems. All the brake material is about half way warn so that's fine. The back brakes are adjusted correctly. It's not using brake fluid at all. I just replaced the vacuum pump not too long. The brake pedal just goes straight to the floor. This truck is my daily driver and i miss her. Any ideas?

I would do a new master cylinder. Make sure to bench bleed it.
