Alternator question

Okay so if the new terminals doesnt fix my problem the next will be the altenator. What kind of altenator do I need to buy I just want to look them up and see what prices are running for them. I have a 1988 f250 7.3 idi 4x4.

In '88....probably a 70 or 100 amp large case 1G.

if you want to go back stock just search the auto parts stores online. If not going back stock everyone else here seems to love the 3g alternator swap more info in the tech articles.
