Technically, they'll all work.
But the headlights are cutout different.
You could do a whole front clip.

On the inside, the door won't contour with the dash.

Yes, but it'll be shaped slightly different.
91 should be more flat, while 93 will be rounded.

To use the hood, you will have to change the whole front clip over to the 91 style. Probably more trouble than it would be to try some trading and swapping to get the right hood, if that is all you need to replace.

Well I have a 93 and found a smoking hot deal on a 91 parts truck with the service/utility bed I have been looking for. Both trucks are diesel and the 91's fuel tanks are in better shape than either one of my 93's. Also the hood is in very good shape as opposed to my 93's fading paint and severe paint chipping on the front.
