Could well be. I don't get why this topic was "all over the place" - you guys ought to know that leaks after the lift pump will produce hard starting(start then die, then crank, then start), but once running ofr more than a few seconds, it'll continue running.
Leaks after the lift pump will leak diesel /out/ while running, not air /in/ - because it's under pressure at that point.

I noticed my one of my lines from the injector pump is leaking could that cause air to get in
