6.9 Marine oil pan

Would this oil pan fit a 6.9?
Would it be shallower than an automotive pan?
The steering linkage in a 66 Ford F-250 is behind the I-beams and creates oil pan steering linkage clearance issues

Will putting the pan on with sump in front help you out. The uhaul site sells the International front oil pick up for about 30.00 bucks. I have one for my Motor Home Engine Build because the engine is in the rear on my bus chassis.
