6.9 idi 2wd t19 driveshafts

Hello im putting a new 6.9 and swapping from c6 to t19. The driveshaft that was given to me out of the truck and was a one ton. So the driveshaft is too long. Does anyone know what length does a 3/4 ton 2 piece drive Need so i can have this driveshaft shortened. Thanks

You have left out way to much information for anyone to give you a answer. What style of cab do you have on the truck for starters. 2 piece driveline? Your best bet is to measure what you need for this truck. Rear wheels must be on the ground when doing so, slip yoke on the rear shaft should be about mid way then measure to the rear diff yoke. Then take it and measurement to a driveline shop and have shortened.​
