4 wheel drive MIA

Got some rain sure enough try and use 4 wheel drive in the bottom, NO DEAL no 4x4 light comes on. Truck thinks its in 4 low, front tires say no. ??????????????? It clunks like its kicking in.

check the vac lines going to front axle from the transfercase.

Most like the CAD not kicking in to lock the front diff in.
