Hello,
My wife and I just purchased a 2012 (made in 2011) International 4300 box truck with a DT466 - six speed eaton manual.
She is on the road with it - bringing it back from PA to Michigan.
The truck is in great shape - 156,000 miles, engine runs smooth as a kitten, yet half way home a yellow triangle light came on.
She thought it might be a fuel filter, and not wanting to break down on the freeway, she pulled off and we called a road service truck.
That guy arrived and did a thorough diagnosis with a computer.
He felt there were several sensors that have gone wonky, but that the engine was in good shape.
She is worried now because this AM there is another 'wrench' icon light that has come on.
What might be going on here?
On another thread, an Owner found a connector in the wiring harness near the frame had filled with water.
Dried that out, covered it in silicon and it all went away.
Any constructive help from this brain trust of experience would be most welcome.
