04 cummins problems

i need the relief valve in the fuel manifold does anyone know where to get one at a reasonable price, cummins wants $400!!! i found a place that will sell it for $263 but even that is just insaine

we swapped one in out of our 06 f650 with the same engine and it didn't solve the problem. What else could make one of these hard to start? it acts like it is loosing it's prime to the injectors.
