7.3 IDI overheating issue!!
Hello all! Im new to the forums and diesel trucks in general. What i have is a 1993 Fsuper duty with the 7.3 dually truck with 168,000Km. Everything on the truck works fine except once im up on the highway either loaded or unloaded it doesnt matter there is a small jump in rpm (about 200 or so)...- GateKeeper

7.3 IDI w/ banks turbo overheating
First post, looking for some help. I have an 89 F250 with a 7.3. I recently added a banks turbo on it. While I was doing the turbo I also replaced the thermostat (with a motorcraft thermostat) And did a radiator flush. For the first two weeks the truck ran good and cold with no issues. OBS Overheat!!!!
Hey all. My truck has been having creeping high temps for the last week or so. Now it full on overheated on me. When it was still hot and turned off I spun the fav clutch and it's easy as pie to turn. It doesn't free spin it will stop when I stop spinning it but it definitely isn't "locked"...- Kraig
