    finally had to brake down and buy the oil hose, racing season is here.replaced the hose and ends.but back to the high pressure fuel return,where i broke it off at the two bolt flange.the threads are in the the brass nut.so i cut it off and now i there is not enough room to turn the flaring tool...

    ok i got the braided line off pin hole leak,what was the special removal tool?it came off with a 3/4 open end wrench.well i hope international has this hose.the local ford dealer want $153.00 its a 12 inch braided hose? the only weird thing is it has different ends.thanks again.

    fuse 30 is not blown.and yes the low press.transfer fuel pump turns on and is pumping when the key is on.i busted of the fitting on the return for the fuel bowl.so i must find a new part it looks like cheap white metal.

    thanks most of the other teams use the toter homes or have converted semis or large cube vans to motorhomes.a few friends tow with the power stroke and they carry a extra cam position sensor.and crank sensor also.and yes it is a verifiable history on the psd.it is just a quick and easy upgrade...
