wait to start light
Went to start my 83 6.9 and I noticed the wait to start light didn't come on. It finnally started after a lot of cranking. Is the soleinoid going out. What do I lot for and where would it be located. Thanks Eason- ELIHMAN

putting air on a 83
I have a early 83 6.9 (factory air was not available at the time the truck was ordered) with a Lone Star add on air with a york compressor. electrical issues
I just had the starter rebuilt on my 83 (the starter drive was freewheeling). Worked fine for a week. Now when I try and start the truck all I get is a loud click under the hood. converting from aftermarket to factory air
I have a 83 6.9 with aftermarket air (Texas air or Lonestar Air) The original owner installed this system and said it's better than nothing.
