Tranny Cooler and Temp Guage
Tell him to get one for an 04 Ford with the 6.0 Diesel. It will bolt in place of his original and will take a small amount of plumbing. It will end his heating issue, The thing is HUGE.- Heywood Jablowme

First off Ether Is bad news, If you spray it and the glows plugs ignite it, it could be VERY bad. Second I dont think the AutoZone type reader will work on a PSD. The fitting is on the back side of the fuel filter canister on the drivers side of it. I takes a Boss o-Ring style fitting and I think it is a 6 but dont qoute me on that. I dont agree with some of the stuff he said, First off the Stock exhaust is a Stainless blend and not Aluminized. Second the Regular AFE filter will give more flow then the PG7 But I agree the PG7 would filter better. Third the MBRP Exhaust For Super Dutys is 4 inch from the Start NOT 20...- Heywood Jablowme

Shortcut on replacing fuel pump??
You can get it out without taking the Turbo off, Use a IIRC a 1 1/4 box end wrench to loosen it. Now for the pushrod, take the bolts out of the pump and then turn the engine over by hand until it pushes the pump up as far as it can, Then lift it straight up being cautious to not let the push rod...- Heywood Jablowme

Check engine light

Stacking Chips on an OBS truck is not going to gain anything. If you want more power get some modified injectors like Full force diesel builds. get a set of 150 stage 1 and that will give you a big boost in power.- Heywood Jablowme
