New IP Installed, Timing ? bolt torque ? and pyrometer and what are these parts?
Hello, I just installed a Conestoga Diesel baby moose pump on my 1985 F250. The pump is awesome and unless I did something wrong, the installation was smooth and easier then I expected. I have a pyrometer and water temp gauge to install, that may be harder for me to install than the pump...- TDI

WANTED: ACCELERATOR CABLE for a 1985 6.9 IDI
Title says it all. 1985 6.9 accelerator cable needed, the plastic tube inside the end of mine is split open, that seems to keep the spring in tension Ford no longer makes this part, I believe that the part number is E7TZ9A758K. THANKS- TDI

Injector pump fuel leak! Is this a common failure?
Hello, So yesterday I spend way too much time chasing a big fuel leak that I thought was the new fuel lift pump but it turned out to be a leaking IP. As best I can see, the fuel leak is coming from the rear of the pump where the injector line circular manifold meets the circular IP...- TDI

Fuel lift pump problems!
Hello All, I have a 1985 4x4 F250 , 6.9. Its a great truck , relatively new to me. The previous owner installed a "Mr. Gasket" electronic fuel pump, hacked into the wiring and installed a cut off switch in the dash. I had a small fuel drip and upon closer inspection I see the hack job on...- TDI

Photo's of my old injectors....
I got my "new" 1985 IDI, it arrived from New Mexico about three weeks ago. The PO had his son "fix" it. Apparently the kid rebuilt the IP.
