time to replace my 16.5 wheels
I need new tires, and like my 33x12.5x16.5 that are on my truck, but tires are no longer available. I imagine that I am not the first to make the switch to a different wheel. What is the size to go with that is similar to what I have now, and what wheel to fit that tire? TIA.- firehawk

Brake pad recommendation
I don't like the pads on my truck. I have no idea what it had before, but they worked great. The ones I have now just don't bite like the old ones. So, rather than try pad after pad, I would like to hear what works and hopefully something recent, as companies are bought, products changed...- firehawk

LUK smf clutch
I finally pulled the tranny this weekend, and the disc looks suspect. It was obviously slipping, only about half the disc seemed to be making contact. When you look at the disc on edge, the metal that the friction material is riveted to is bent, much like if was trying to be a spring. I have...- firehawk

SMF clutch slipping
Two years ago and only about 10k miles or so, I did the smf conversion when my dmf died. Bought a Luk from Oreiley, as they carried it at the time. Now they don't, and my clutch is already slipping. overheating rpm dependent
Long, fun weekend of racing, but my truck now has a new problem: overheating. It seems to be rpm dependent, as even as a fairly low speed, it will run hotter with a lower gear. Also, a/c on or off makes little difference, and pulling or not a load makes little difference. Coasting down a hill...- firehawk

light buzzer?
Simple question. Do these (specifically my 93) have a buzzer if you leave the lights on with no key? Mine does not, but I would think it should.- firehawk
