Won't Start on cool/cold mornings
Here is a way to check out the glow plug relay. To do a quick test of your glow plug system locate the glow plug relay under the engine cover (plastic hood looking thing on top of the fuel filter, draw a line from center of filter to right headlight and the relay is about 6” from the filter...- mjonesjr

'97 PSD Fuel mileage?
I've got 3.55's in my '97 4wd 7.3 and have been getting constantly 14-15 mpg in the city and 16-18 mpg highway. That is with 3-4" straight pipe, Tymar intake, regulated return, electric fuel system, TS chip, and a heavy foot.- mjonesjr
