    Radiator

    I did quite a bit of shopping the best deal I found was at Summit. Vista Pro for about $250 shipped. Its plastic and Aluminum but seems to be pretty high quality.

    87-94 Glowplug harness...

    on mine the wires for the glow plugs were brown with unusually thick insulation, but I do believe that they were 10 AWG. I ended insulation my wire with fiberglass sleve as any extra precaution aginst heat and chafing.

    thats how mine was. I made a new harness for the driver's side since the PO thought it was OK to just wrap electrical tape around the burned glow plug connectors and call it good.:rolleyes: Its not hard to do just use the proper gaude wire and bullet connectors.

    recomendations for a new radiator

    I ended up ordering a Vista Pro (Visteon) From summit for $320 shipped, Which was quite a bit cheaper than the same radiator from rockauto or 1-800 radiators. Thanks very much for the help.
