power surge?
I have a 1987 F-250 with the 6.9.... sometimes when I am accelerating full throttle in 3rd and 4th gear (t-19) I get a 2-3 second power surge randomly (not when I punch it, and not at the top end) I was wondering what would cause this and I if there was some way I could experience that amount of...- SoWoCo

On the note of pulling...I'm wanting to try it out...
the key to pulling a street truck is that if it dont feel good (shaking and whatnot), then quit. also, ease into it at the begining and once you have the sled moving THEN hammer it. and when you are at the end of the track just spinning your wheels, stop as soon as you can. 99.99% of all trucks...- SoWoCo
