E40D swap questions
Hi , I've swaped out a 4x4 e4od for my truck . I bought a rebuild on ebayebay My truck is an 88 that had a 90 E40d in it . Now I've put this 92 E40d in . Injection pump
I just put a rebuilt pump on my truck with new injectors (non-turbo) . It's smoking black when hit the pedal hard.....not a whole lot , but noticable , wich never happened before . It is also ideling at 800rpm in park , i used to be at 600rpm.....can i adjust this somehow , or just leave it...- hardknocks

axle ID please?
Can someone tell me what kind of front axle this is? It's axle code 35 wich is 4.10's . Off a 90 F-250 7.3 . Im trying to sell it and im getting questions about weather its a dana 60 or 70 and if its a straight or ttb axle . And i have no clue about any of it . thx- hardknocks

Swap injectors?

wiring schematic ?
Well pulled the engine out of my donor truck this morning (90'f-250 4x4). Next i have to drop the transmission (e40d), wich will take a couple seconds . Then i think im gonna have to lift the front of the truck with a chainfall to have clearance to slide the tranny out . Then push the beast...- hardknocks

C-6 to E4OD
Ok....im tearing out the donor truck with the E4OD now . (90' f-250 4x4) The OD button is on the dash , and also has cruise control on the steering column . I have the dash all apart and the motor stripped . Im taking the motor , tranny , cruise control . Ill be picking the motor saturday ...- hardknocks

Gear vendors / 2wd-4x4
What is involved in taking a GV off a 2wd truck and putting it on my 4x4 . I guess somthing is different as in a 2wd it connects to the tranny , the 4x4 to the transfer case . Just wondering how expensive it would be to change the setup .- hardknocks

4x4 transfer case ?
does the c-6 and E4OD have the same transfer case? And would a E4OD off of a 460 big block fit on the 7.3 IDI? thx- hardknocks
