The guy I bought mine from let is sit in a heated barn for about 6 years. he had it a total of 8 years and put 900 miles on it. Yes mine is or sounds to be the exact same as yours. I was told it was a complete swap out at 99k miles. it currrently has 184k. the valve covers have the dealers diesel on them as was as a badge on the front of the motor to. and the top of the air filter box says dealers diesel as well.
