    Need one for a core, just needs to be complete. Can have a broken bell housing, a hole through the side of the case whatever. For a powerstroke. I'm around Grand Rapids, MI.

    I know this, that is why the EBV is still having issues. Just now the issues are not as bad as they were.

    The sensor at the end of the pipe off the right manifold is bad......its stuck showing 50 psi of pressure all the time even with the truck turned off and sitting.

    I have also noticed that the EBV isn't nearly as bad as it was in the mornings before the IDM replacement. Now the valve just barely restricts flow for about .5 mile unlike before when I couldn't even clear 30mph for almost two miles.

    Maybe, haven't towed yet. But now I pass the Buzz tests and the contribution tests. So now I feel I am clear to make some upgrades now that the stock stuff is up to par. Looking at some stage 1 injectors and a tuner eventually. And a Trans rebuild.

    Picked up a used IDM that had a matching number as to mine (thanks dumper). Just installed it, ran the inj buzz test prior to install and kept getting the IDM fault, installed the new used and I have ran the inj buzz test 5 times and it has passed everytime. Gonna go out and get it warmed up...

    Okay update time... Fixed the fuel leak. Turns out the "known good" IPR was actually a bad IPR. The guy I bought it from realized it afterwards. And my buddy brought the actual "known good" one to me today at my shop which was very cool of him being it is a 25 mile drive from his shop to mine...

    Okay, so I install a "known good" regulator and solenoid. Reinstall fuel bowl with new filter and fill with diesel, refill the HPOP with oil (from the little allan plug hole thing top left). Warm the plugs, truck fires right up and idles smooth. Then about 2 minutes later stalls instantly...

    I got a good used IPR from a friend at a dealership. There diesel tech had one he sold me. Put it back together tonight and hope for the best. The fuel bowl didn't look to bad.

    Well got a known good regulator, new heater, rebuilt the harness, new fuel filter, new rubber lines off the fuel bowl. Thoroughly cleaned the fuel bowl and the fuel supply manifold including the little screen (which was nasty). Get home tonight and put it back together and hope its better.

    I am guessing the heater element might have shorted at some point causing this wiring damage? I just removed the IPR, the connector is slightly damaged but the pins look okay, any type of ohm spec or something to check if its good/bad? Otherwise I am gonna try and find one tomorrow. Napa is...

    I just removed the EBV tube which was restricted, now cleaned. Removed the EBV sensor and it itself was plugged solid with carbon or silt. The coupler between the line and sensor could maybe pass a paper clip through the coupler it was plugged up so bad. I think the sensor itself is junk...
