6.9 N/A hard starting
I have a 1987 F250 N/A 6.9. This truck is my DD and i'm having problems starting her the first time of the day. It can be in the morning or evening she just won't start right off. I can plug her in and she starts fine. I replaced all 8 glo plugs but the second day it's back to the same thing...- dyoungen

Air intrusian question????
Does anybody know if there is a one way valve made for our trucks fuel system to stop air intrusion? It seems to me it would be a good idea to be able to stop the fuel from draining back to the fuel tank.- dyoungen

6.9 won't start.
I have a 1987 F250 Diesel with a 6.9 n/a Diesel. I just replaced all the injectors and IP. Ran it for a few days now it won't start. Found it had air intrusion and fixed that. I have fuel to the injectors and I know that for a fact because I loosened the caps on top of the injectors and now have...- dyoungen

Advanced timing or?????
I replaced the Injection Pump on my truck a 1987 F250 with a 6.9 N/A Diesel. I put the timing mark on the new IP at the same place as the one I pulled off. I didn't put it on the mark on the gear cover, slightely to the drivers side. Ever since it seems like there is always a rattle I almost...- dyoungen
