    The debris from drilling is not an issue, just blow or vac it out. these will pass a glow plug tip, not a friendly sound but it will do it.

    Leave the pump alone , loosen the vibration dampers and flex the line out of the way of the injector you are changing. Done thousands. no issues.

    Its called a rocker fulcrum and they do wear, I anti friction coated my new ones 14 yrs ago and should have checked them when the valve covers were off. L:ifters will deliver oil to the top end in different increments due to wear and tolerances. No good set method to the function.

    The ATS 093 gets its oil from the block down by the oil filter. Not the sending unit location.

    Keep your existing driveshaft. Actually a very easy install. I am removing mine and going E4Od , if it breaks I can get one anywhere, if the GV breaks, im stranded.

    As you found out it is a ground switch. I hooked it to the CEL on my 88 which was a 460 truck, works perfectly.
