    So y'all think I would be better off replacing the stock switch and pigtail but add relays, then adding relays and getting rid of the stock switch and pigtail?     Is it possible to set up toggle switches in place of this apparently problematic stock switch? Like one for dash/rear, one for headlights, and one for high beams? I dont care about keeping the dimmer, it can go. I only ask because I have a whole bunch of toggle switches I can use right now...

    Gents, so recently my headlights started being screwy. Basically, if I just pull the knob out, I'll get dash lights and rear lights but no headlights. But if i start pushing the knob in and out I can find the "sweet spot" and get lights up front along with dash and rear. BUT, regular headlights...

    I run syn blend rotella right now. But I think I'll try full synthetic. The way I see it, I rely on this truck every day to earn a living, and anything I can do to prolong her life and keep it healthy, is worth it! I tow a good bit too.

    It's easy to do in truck. Just undo the steering linkage and you can twist and manuever it out.
