I had same issue. Folks here said to try the ATF trick. I did, and the problem stopped and has been clattering along ever since.

Cut a hole in the frame, then sleeve with a piece of pipe perpendicular through the frame. Leave the sleeve long enough to weld a big fat bead around each end. Use a thick enough wall pipe for sleeve and you won't have any structural issues.

I actually did not think about Hidden Falls, but that would be great fun and is gonna get my vote. Years ago, I helped cut many of the 4x4 trails when they were starting out. I was just out there in November, and they have graded the entire outer perimeter road. It can get a bit traction...
I bought this kit a long time ago, but have since upgraded to a wastegated sidewinder unit for The Sherpa. Kit is missing the crossover pipe, and misc hardware. I was going to have a custom pipe made as I was not a fan of all the slip joints on the factory prefab unit.
I have contacted Banks...
I have decided not to use this kit on my Ambulance. I purchased the kit from the company below:

I paid the extra $200 for the upgraded calipers to retain the emergency brake option. This is a brand new, complete bolt on...
The tire in the first pic looks to be a solid tire for an excavator, but Wes can probably answer that better.
The truck was regeared to 4.56 at the upfitter. As it stands right now, the recentered HMMV rim and tire combo is heavy. Really heavy. The double bead lock steel rim is beefy, the E...
Those are Centramatic balancers (out of Dallas, TX). Same concept, just external and captured in the ring. Used on big rigs.

Plastic beads (some use air soft pellets) you put in the tire while mounting. Centrifugal force as the tire spins naturally move the heads to balance out the tire. The tire naturally wants to be balanced—it’s science!
Downsides-pellets eventually break down and can gum up your valve core...
I had death wobble in my ram 2500 daily driver. Expansion cracks in freeway would set it off. Replaced all bushings up front to no avail. Rotated and rebalanced tires. New shocks and steering stabilizer. Nothing helped. Got rid of the BFG AT’s, and it went away. Never came back. I will...
Saw a study one time that said 1 3/4 inches was the minimum SAFE width. Anything smaller and there was not enough "meat" for the new studs. I would also choose steel construction over aluminum in this application.
