I have decided not to use this kit on my Ambulance. I purchased the kit from the company below:

https://lugnut4x4.com/product/sterling-10-25-disc-brake-conversion-kit/

I paid the extra $200 for the upgraded calipers to retain the emergency brake option. This is a brand new, complete bolt on kit to convert your drums to discs. It’s heavy duty, and shipping will suck, but is an option.

Asking $450 plus shipping costs.

Located in San Antonio, TX.

I am guessing the rotors might not fit, but you could probably put all the other parts in a 12 x 12 x 5.5" flat rate USPS box and ship those parts for $18. Even if it took you two boxes it would be under $40.

BTW: that looks like a super nice brake kit!

Confirmed each side will fit in a large USPS fixed rate box, so shipping will be $40!
