    Going to put the pump in tomorrow fighting the weather. Had to replace the steel line running from pump to filter due to bad threads. Going to get 1/4 npt pressure fit fittings for both ends then run a rubber line. Always something more to a job.

    Fuel tank says 3/4 full makes sense, began to drop when I drove it with front tank selected. Tank is new and this started to happen after I replaced it.

    found this by Franklin 2 on another diesel site. 1->F 2->E (Main Tank) 3->D (Aux Tank) 4->C (aux tank sender) 5->B (fuel gauge) 6->A (main tank sender) If this is correct than my red wire will connect to E and brown white to D ?. o ya and toggle switch in cab is up front, down rear.

    Here is what it said. ( If using toggle switch, cross wire as shown. Connect one pair of terminals to a good ground and the other pair to a +12 VDC source through a 10 amp fuse. If i think i'm reading this right looks like E= red and D= brown/white. thoughts?

    here is the diagram from FSV, here is the way i read it does this seem correct?. E= brown/white valve motor D= red valve motor C=yellow/lightblue rear sending unit B= yellow/white dash gauge A=dark blue /yellow front sending unit

    The return line coming from engine is 3/8 i need to step it down to meet the 5/16 fitting on fsv.

    Well i decided to run new 3/8 cheeper than buying connections and easier. Only place I'll step down is return from engine to make the fitting.

    Having 5/16 for feed is this effecting the truck, i haven't noticed a difference. The lines run to engine tho are 3/8.

    Funny mine had 5/16 feed and return, probably some one elses job. I've been running 5/16 for over a year now haha.

    I almost think what their asking for in the instructions is a 3/8 connection to ports for a good fit. Factory had 5/16 on line running, so i think i could just slice in line just for a connection where needed. Factory had the clip connection so i see no difference.
