I'm biting the bullet on a motorcraft controller. Been warranting our my BWDs from orielys and everyone acts different and dont last but a couple monthes
I installed my factory turbo kit in my driveway with basic hand tools. Took me a weekend would have went faster but multiple trips to parts store and had trouble fitting my up pipes
Would be really curious to how much it draws. You saying how the di 7.3s draw half as much. Being in WI even with group 31s after a few cycles really takes a number on the battery. With the different draw a different controller would probably have to be used. I'd be trying to use and auto system...
@ifrythings
Could you do 6.5 plugs on your testing equipment. People are modifying them to fit out heads. ZD-9s are actually listed as a 6v plug. The 6.5 GPS are 12volts and self regulating so less chance of frying them
I have since put a new used set of injectors, RD-90 Pump, Wicked Wheel, and rebuilt Injectors. Have to put a new column in as the ignition switch connection broke
Well I havent posted in a forgot about this post. But since the time I last posted. I traded my Chrome bumper for a 08 painted bumper that needs a little body work but was already modified for. And I bought some 20x12 gear alloys for it.

Any good recommendations of axle seals and bearings, might as well do them since I have to pull axle shafts. Mine ad well put a finned SD Diff Cover. What should I use for fluid
I have to delete tabs?
And I thought I could keep my master and just have to get the valve off a hydroboosr or f-450+ and change it from the drum proportion valve
I'm from Wisconsin. So how we are raised here if the cable does t get used don't try to use it because they will get stuck closed or snap cables... Damn salt. I Don't haul that much. Car or truck on one place trailrer.i don't see my hauling 20k+ any time soon. Don't have trailer brake installed yet.
Was going to convert my 93 F350s Sterling 10.25 to disc. Ruff stuff was the kit I was going to go with. Don't need parking brake as I'm automatic. I've heard to many mixed reviews on how people like the way they brake. Just wanted so opinions. My truck ways under 6k SCLB.
Any 2 1/16 gauge. Which is like most gauges are. I want a triple or double for the overhead pod because I already have a triple A pillar pod

Nice truck man! Sounds like it won't need anything soon. Just keep saving like you have man and you can really have some fun with it!

That's a link to a post of people talking about the baumann controllers and even banks command. Note this is 6 years ago so there talking about older models

I understand that looked into theses and read the manuals. The only reason I'm hitting brake to unlock is because the stock trans computer is out of whack(I shouldn't have too) because of my TPS. Even a with my tps in working I don't like how stock computer works it. 20 years later and we have...
I spent 275 on a factory 093 turbo kit and $100 on the missing intake snail. Prolly another 150 on odd and ends. Best thing I've done for my truck hands down. Not hard to do. Did it in my driveway biggest pain was up pipe

I know the PO stripped the torq heads on TPS. I know not to let it lock that low. Sometimes coming down mine gets down to 1300-1400 but I'm used to hitting the brake to unlock it. I want the controller just to better control it. I've heard people say it makes it shift like a new truck and...
I want to go with the US shift controller. Them and Baumann merged a few years back. My e4od want to lock up the converter way to earlier. There's just not a whole lot of people posting there results and experience with them

Haven't posted any updates in a while. Haven't got much to show but a few things. Last month I finished the fuel system for the truck. I used Napa heads/filters, and made a bracket out of angle iron
Got some new LED Headlights to replace the HIDs, there so much better and the kit had hi beams...
I think we have a winner lol I have a hole from a push button the PO put in the calf panel. I'm planing on running power inverters and have a decent sound system so a manual high idle on a cable would be a double plus then

That might just be the solution this winter. I was thinking of wiring a switch to a constant and t taping into the solenoid wiring and when I know I'm going to be remote starting it I'll turn the switch on before I turn off the truck. That way it'll be held open. Just not sure of its bad for...
