    I believe there are two separate flasher relays on the brick nose trucks. Trying to help a buddy troubleshoot his directionals not working over the phone, but I don’t have a brick nose to look at. It a 460 gasser single cab, which probably doesn’t matter but figured I would mention it just in case.

    +1 on plugging it in. I like the heat gun, but any additional heat you can will help with a hard cold start. The check engine light with no codes part seems interesting/strange. Are you using a handheld scanner or Forscan, AE or ?

    Back to the packaging subject, as far as I know with regards to GPS: Beru is always made in Germany. I always assumed Motorcraft was repack Beru because packaging said made in Germany. That first pic didn’t come from Germany, so I agree it is some other product that is suspect to swelling upon...

    For the Super Duty Elocker, you are just swapping the carrier, not the whole axle so you will retain your existing bolt pattern. it would be just like installing a Detroit or True Track with the exception of wiring. Again, it’s all documented, google is your friend...

    Do a quick search on the factory clutch plate style limited slip in the Sterling's and you'll find that they are pretty notorious for wearing out quickly and not turning both wheels when you need them to. A Detroit Locker or Eaton TrueTrac offer far better performance, as U2Slow is describing...

    Your plumbing sizing sounds spot on. And by the way: if you look at the Deatschwerks e-pumps, you'll see that their inline pumps come with -6 porting for 250 LPH but the jump up to -8 porting on the 350 LPH inline pumps. Seems like pretty supporting sizing to your math above. Great write up...

    Good batteries are a must, but so are good cables and starter. Check your cables and connections, and think about a new starter. Remember you are compressing to ignition so cranking speed really matters. Good luck and happy holidays

    Do you have a pressure gage on your regulator? If you do you could just monitor the pressure and see if it’s related. You could also use a manual override switch to start your electric pump prior to cranking.
