Small electrical fire following glow plug relay replacement - what are these burnt wires?

Hello Today in an effort to decrease the amount of smoke I have on startup, I tried swapping out my glow plug relay with a spare that came with my truck to see if mine was bad. When I turned on the keys a big poof of smoke immediately came out of the front of the passenger side of the hood...

So what did you do with your truck today?

Started coat #1 of my undercoating... 1 part diesel, 1 part used diff fluid (or engine oil). Load it into your $9.99 hazard fraught HVLP sprayer and get at it It's a little stinky but seems to be kicking all the water out of the frame effectively. Sticks to undercarriage effectively. Would...

That sounds great! Shoot me a PM when it's convenient!! Most of the canopy companies are different fronts for the same manufacturer (Leer, A.R.E, and Covermaster sold the exact same caps for our trucks. Grinding in reverse when letting clutch out - zf5

Will do. New symptom: Today I downshifted into third around 2200rpm and it made a similar noise when letting off the clutch, clutched in and went back into 4th instead and everything was happy.

Grinding in reverse when letting clutch out - zf5

I'm going to switch my truck back to ATF to see if it fixes it, I'm currently running straight 30-wt. Messing with my downpipe didn't help. Here's a video of the noise:

Grinding in reverse when letting clutch out - zf5

Hello, I've noticed a new peoblem on my truck, I think it started after my clutch replacement. When I let out the clutch in reverse, with the back of the truck pointed up a hill, the truck makes a terrible grinding noise. It's not a synchro grind, it's a deeper sound than that. Once revs hit...
