    That's the conclusion I came to, also: probably-maybe. I gather they used the 0,29 plungers instead of the 0.31, so Wes doesn't want them for hot-rodding. Too bad, I was hoping I could sell it to him. I'll probably try to get it rebuilt and stick it in a second string truck someday.

    Solder is one way to get an airtight connection. If it gets hot, it melts and you lose the connection. Plenty of Inox and a solid crimp is another way to get an airtight connection.

    I'll have to try some more stores, I guess. I've never found yellow bullet wire connectors where I usually shop, just red and blue. It'd be nice to find some yellows with built in shrink tubing.
