    If its dragging the auto adjust tightens it up, which sounds like you already have a problem with. Hard to say without a look inside, at work you could try to check for leaks in brake system, fluid level.

    Thanks, I went an got a 2 3/8 (not the right size) for 17.99 and I kept it clean. Napa ain't the cheapest, for me jts closest

    Well you may be danged, you'd be double danged if you never did it to begin with. The beatings only stop once you enjoy them! :backoff Part of the fun of driving these trucks is guessing how much fuel you 'really' have. :)

I also saw it's an older banks, that's sorta a dealbreaker, however this guy may have parts for sale and I'm in the market for a radiator and some other parts. @snicklas word, I got a ford stranger once for 600 off with crispy new 100 dollar...

    Thanks guys! I'm in it for the cheap turbo kit...500 and local is rare for this area. Last one I found was 6 mos ago in OR for 800 @lotzagoodstuff Appreciate the info on the rocker arms! Mine is an 85, wonder if I have the same kind? @Laine D Same thought here, it's an abandoned project...

    Tried both ways, compared them to old gaskets and it looks like they fit a different style valve cover, same shape and same bolt pattern just tabs are different. Cut the tabs off flush and went for it. This was a good project! Found some loose injectors to torque down and other little things...

    Painted valve covers, rustoleum sail blue Tomorrow we get baked and installed
