Interesting thread.
I will definately be following along.
Just more excuses to spend more money on my rig :sly
I think when I get another IDI I might just run one large tank and make it easy and not have to ever worry about anything. But then where is the fun in all that lol. For my 90...
So SICK. I want those something awful.
I wish they were producing them vs made to order. I can understand why they want it to do it that way but I would like to order a set just to have for the future.
x2 on this.
I think maybe once have I ever had to go so tight to get the oil filter to seal, to where I couldn't get it back off by hand. Even then the damn thing barely seeped so I think it was more just that particular truck. :dunno
Id talk to one of your local SEM dealers and they should be able to match you up to your exact color. That is what I always use.

Like the title states is anyone using this oil filter on a stock 7.3 idi style setup?
I know it has been posted a lot about being able to use PSD filters on our trucks that hold an additional quart but I just wanted to make sure that it will fit in the stock location.
Mine is just the...
Im kind of with the crowd that they aren't THAT bad.
Granted mine is low miles but mine isn't to bad, it is honestly better then I thought it was going to be when I first went to drive it and having never driven one of these trucks before.
What does the code on your door say?
It should be K for chestnut.
