E Brake Cables- question?
There's usually enough space between the cable & the tip of the guide tube to inject grease with a syringe. I use that extra tacky Lucas Oil grease & shoot some in there. It'll seal it somewhat & avoids a bunch of dust/humidity accumulation in there.- WMO4IDI

Centrifuge bowl design ideas?
Personally, I'd modify the existing bowl assuming you can weld at home. Weld a ring on the bottom to separate the drain areas while also adding a 2nd drain. Trimp the top & weld it on, for balancing I'm sure a tire shop could figure something out... RPM wise it's just a matter of pulleys...- WMO4IDI

PoBoy centrifuge build
I picked up a basic REX-C100 temperature controller with a solid state relay to control the heater for roughly 50$ cad. It came with a M6 short sensor so I ordered a 2" one with 1/2 npt threading for another 20$. Up to now I've spent: - 385$ Poboy + shipping - 130$ Motor controller - 70$...- WMO4IDI

Right now the exhaust goes from stock manifolds to a Y & a resonator, then full 4" out, it sounds great around 2600 rpm but could breath better. I plan on running a true 4" stainless dual exhaust eventually, possibly making my own mufflers similar to what I did on my defunct silverado ss, see...- WMO4IDI
