    Just another suggestion, I'd cut out the cab mount trap door & expose the bolt head in the back before you lay the carpet down, it could save you a headache if you ever have to swap out the mounts. Besides that, it's a beautiful job!

    From running on my first batch this week, I didn't get a decent burn until I had it mixed 50/50 with pump diesel. It ran fine, simply under powered. It's still cold, averaging a few degrees below freezing during the day so what HeadHunter38 was saying might be part of it too.

    Well I did the prep work for adding a heating element to my WMO tank when I built it, I never bothered to put one in yet.... Mind you, a silicone heating mat around the fuel filter might be more efficient for that purpose since I'm already measuring the viscocity of my mix to match diesel.

    Not from my limited understanding of cetane science, it would just make the WMO less viscous. Cetane is basically just the opposite of the octane scale for RUG, higher cetane # means easier combustion at high pressure, thus easier starting & more power.

    Not 100% sold on pressure washing, you could get water stuck in-between panels. I second the dish soap idea followed by acetone right before sticking on the panels.

    Sounds to me like the oil passage is gunked up. I'd try a bit of Sea Foam & a pipe cleaner to get the big stuff out of there, then put the rest of the can in the oil, run it a few minutes and flush it. I'd clean out the sensor as well... Then comes the possibility of finding new oil leaks.

    I get that a lot with this truck! Yeah, no AC on this old gal. I cut the wire just to avoid having battery drain from a bad diode bridge... it gave out and was glowing cherry red inside the alternator when the lights turned on in the instrument cluster. I'll just re-wire and add an ANL fuse...
