    You could make your own jig for a plasma cutter using a ruler, hoseclamp, and pointed piece of 10ga. Layout hole centers, center punch, then walk the torch in a circle keeping the pointed piece in the center punch. Bing bang boom.

    Agreed. I just changed my old rubber lines with SS braided and can confirm the tee on the axle has two different size fitting. Larger on passenger side, both 3/16 line still.

    Changed the front left during the kids' nap time after waxing the passenger side. PMF suspension line went in easy, just had to modify the stock bracket with a die grinder. Will report back once they're in and bled.

    Hit the right side of the truck with clay bar, scratch compound, polish, ceramic wax. Windows got clay then wax, and bumper got polished and ceramic wax. Sun is out and getting hot so left side will have to wait. Time for brake lines!

    One new tire

    My Subaru caliper bolts were so rusty, no amount of heat or penetrating oil would remove them. I ended up torching the bolt out to remove the caliper, taking to a machine shop for a helicoil, and installing the new bolts with antisieze. At 90k who knows how may times they were off.

    My buddy uses a thick piece of plexi with a sheet of sand paper on it with WD40 as lube. Just spread hands out to get good pressure all over.

    All three filters replaced. My water separator on the firewall, stock fuel filter, and coolant bypass all WIX. Filled each fuel filter with ATF. Man do I love how quiet it runs on ATF.

    I replaced the monroes on my truck with monroes. Rides a smidge nicer. Definitely better on highway. Still a truck built in the 80s.
