E-Series Fender removal- ONE bolt away...
"Remove grillw anf bumper??? I would bet" I'll pull those next chance I get. To be honest the location of the bolt is away from the grille, and the nut is above the bumper, they are not near either one. I guess I can hope an opening for a wrench presents itself, that would be boss...!- SDEconVan

bilsteain 5100 shocks? who uses them?
I have had Bilsteins among many others, mostly for trail/street. For the money Bilstein felt the smoothest, maintained control and stayed cool on washboards. For my recently converted 4x4 van, I ran 5165's 366/240 on the fronts and 5125's 170/60 rear. I don't have many miles yet on this...- SDEconVan

Coolant: To flush or not?
You might want to check the heater circuit, and flush it separately both directions. If it flushes dirty, then I'd flush the block (along with the new stuff too.) Also, are your test strips fresh? They go bad pretty quickly if stored in the wrong place... ...just things to think about.- SDEconVan

Genius! This is a great thread! A closed, segregated lube system may work, the hardest part is to mimic the "supply and demand" which basically is the same pressure as that in the engine- meaning, high oil pressure in the crankcase is usually when more oil pressure is needed for the turbo...- SDEconVan
