    ZF6 Transfer Case

Hmmm, never researched that one actually. Every presuperduty ford married transfer case has the same bolt pattern and spline count. I'll look around. Adrianspeeder

    T18 or T19

I've researched this to death and Ford didn't follow any hard or fast rules. The switch to hydro clutches was '83. Basicly the 19 was used with diesels 'till '87 when they all switched to the ZF S5-42. The 18 was used from the mid 80s until up to '92 with gassers. "most" 70s and early 80s...

Transfer case not shifting into Neutral or 4 Low

On the '92+ shifters, it is a sealed tube thinger that can lockup with lack of useage. Fix is to remove it and if I remember right it can be taken apart to be lubed. Adrianspeeder

ZF S5-42 and ZF S5-47 years

    Yes and No depending on application. Gasser 42s and 47s are the same with ratios of 1st: 5.72 2nd: 2.94 3rd: 1.61 4th: 1.00 5th: 0.76 Reverse: 5.24 and S5-42 (Diesel) 1st: 4.14 2nd: 2.37 3rd: 1.42 4th: 1.00 5th: 0.77 Reverse: 3.79 S5-47 (diesel) 1st: 5.08 2nd: 2.61 3rd: 1.53 4th: 1.00 5th...

    2WD TO 4WD, DANA 60 UNDER MY F250

Yup, they are purdy cool. Not sure on the governor as Security Forces is purdy strict on flightline speedlimits so I keep it at 10 to be five under the limit of 15. That one is strange starting out as a SRW. Most are duallys with a strange solid steel rim to retain use of the rear dually...

    1968 Mercurey Pickup,..?

Correct, however the '67 mercs were all dealer made. '66 was the last factory mercs. Adrianspeeder

I wanna say I remember reading no, but I've never played with a Dana 50. The Dana 60 SAS section of fullsizebronco.com would be your best bet for searching an answer. Adrianspeeder

1992 F350 CC - What can you tell me about it.

Thats a really fair deal right there. '92-'97 PSOM's show 5 digits under 100k and don't bring up the sixth 'till a 1 is needed. Not really sure why, it just seems like not original color black. Check out the body mounts as the cab seems to be sittin' askew from the bed. Hard to tell...

    ZF 5 Speed Trouble

Yup, don't think he put it the transfer case in neutral, or it's possible that it slipped back into gear. Optikalillushun, it's not good to spin any tranny without the motor running. E4OD's can be cooked quick. Adrianspeeder

ZF S5-42 and ZF S5-47 years

The 42 was from late '87 to mid '96 and the 47 from mid '96 to as far as '01 rarely. Four bell patterns made for use with the 300 in the F-150 and 300/351 in the 250+, a 460 bell for the 250+, a 7.3L pattern, and a modular pattern for the 5.4L/6.8L in the '99+ superdutys. Adrianspeeder

    E4OD to ZF5 wiring issues?

No, thats just stallin' the motor. lol When you put in the pedal assembly for the stick, the clutch position sensor is built right on, and as far as I know, will plug right into the stock wiring under the dash instead of a jumper. The computer will set all the codes for the E4OD operation, but...
