    Just because the glow plugs are new, make sure they aren't bad. I usually use a light tester as a go/no-go test.

    Really depends on use. Some RV's I test are model year 2017+ and need to be flushed at 60k, which is funny because the fleetguard coolant says 'million mile coolant' on it... Yeah right... I suggest testing annually. More frequent if you daily.

    One head done. Bled the cam followers and barred it over to verify no piston/valve touching. Funny, I thought I had ordered used ARP head studs, but instead they are by this brand called Gator. Haven't heard of 'em, but it's what CDD is selling now for the 7.3. Torque spec in the manual only...

    If you have moved injectors and its still doing it... Pull the valve cover and inspect that cylinders valves and springs. see if a rocker lever is wonky.

    Pump and injectors wear out together. If you installed a used pump or a rebuild from someone who doesn't know what they are doing... I would suggest a set of injectors and a pump rebuilt from a reputable shop.

    Those seats look like they're in great shape, I'd clean them and use em in my samurai! Sorry to hear about the burned atf smell, thats ons that lingers... Only topped by burnt supercharger oil, and possibly burnt gear oil.

    @DougBoy66 I went with this one here. It was about $125, just a basic controller with just a brake feature and gain adjust. I rarely ever need a controller so I just went with a basic one.

    Fully wired in trailer brakes in prep of picking up my dads new trailer tomorrow. Not hard to do, still took 4ish hours to route the harness nicely.
