If you can measure up the 390 or the C6...

I will warn you, a low powered diesel and a 3spd automatic without lockup are a fairly miserable combination. The 89-91 dodges setup this way used a 3.07 axle ratio.
I find a 'lumpy" feeling when turning, if I drive with hubs locked in 2wd all the time. Driveshaft rubs my exhaust too. Not a fan.
My strategy is to exercise the front end enough that nothing seizes up, but mostly leave them unlocked so i'm not wearing it out faster, and save any mpgs possible.
The difference between the Warn regular and premium is really just the dial. OEM manual ones are Warn also.
I bought Yukons this last time - my buddy uses them and likes them. Have not installed yet.
I should point out... I'm in Canada where every parts store charges like they ordered it online, paid freight, and marked it up.
Usually before I pull the trigger on a rockauto order, i run part numbers on Amazon as a final price check.
Price for me. Easily save 20-30% (after freight) over buying local. Sometimes more.
I don't bother with returns, but damaged orders, or missing parts - they have so far sent replacements every time.
The pickup and C&C use the same front frame sections - with the C&C narrowing immediate aft of the trans cross member. A pickup might have an ABS valve whereas a C&C might not. There could be year differences too, I no longer have any Fords this vintage to check 1st-hand.
I tend to make up my...
Few little quirks i run into with rockauto....
1) some parts are stocked at more than one warehouse. So when you add another item, the source on the first item might change on the fly. Multiples of a part may come from a different places and jack up the freight charge.
2) sometimes ordering a...

This guy seems to be using the larger 1-1/16" nuts found on the 80's trucks.
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1627596-ford-alcoa-hub-caps.html
As I recall, these caps don't attach to the lugs or studs - they clip into the 4 shallow reliefs in the center hole.
You show both std and bulge style in your pic.
I reckon the nuts that fit the caps are the stock Ford ones. (9/16" unf, 7/8" hex). Rockauto is easy to check; 92-97 f250/350.
BTW, 21mm = 13/16"
BTW, 60mA background draw is on the edge of being a problem.
My FiL had problems with this. GPS, alarm, and satellite radio were stacking up to too much. Had to let one of them go in the name of battery life.
Edit: fulltime powered USB ports are another gotcha.
I can't say what your camber is like now, but new springs will most likely change it. This could require quite an involved alignment job - degree'd balljoint inserts - which may require new ball joints along with any other tired-parts replacement. Turns into a big job.
You may be better off...
Took me about half a day to pull the ttb and stuff in the 60 w/350 leaf springs. That was with a floor jack, and jack-stands on a concrete pad. Had air tools.
What's nice is should be able to take the driveshaft and tcase yoke from the 350. I had to shorten the F250 shaft instead. You may need...
I wasn't too keen on the 4.10's in my '95 F350 crew... but between some heavy payloads and finally bigger tires, I'm glad I left the gear ratio alone. Was a 5spd truck and l no GV.
Edit: my buddy's 90 IDI had the 3.54, and it was a better match for daily driving and running empty.
Edit2: the...
After a 5-leaf spring pack install, the anti-sway bar is largely cosmetic. No one is going to lose control without it connected. (Took mine out; 95 f350.)
I wouldn't gauge the whole job on the end links.
I guess my strategy is to stay ahead of it and have the parts well before I need them.
Depending on how the part is fitted for the zerk, it may be possible to re-tap it for a larger threaded one.
